Chief Deputy Blaine Duduit is in charge of all Sheriff’s Office Operations to include the day to day operations of all 4 divisions within the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office and reports directly to Sheriff Thoroughman.  Chief Duduit is the second highest in command of the Sheriff’s Office.
